Is anyone else ready to get off this roller coaster that calls itself 2020?
(Frankly, I've been on a roller coaster since about 2013. Mental illness stinks.)
And yet over the last few days, I've had several experiences that have given me hope. In no particular order . . .
I moved out of a bad living situation and into a much better one, where I don't feel like I'm constantly walking on eggshells.
I've gotten rid of a lot of stuff that doesn't fit in my new place and have had a surprisingly easy time letting it go.
I picked up several new tutoring students.
People have cried out against Cuties. I don't care what point the director was trying to make--it's NOT okay to put anyone through that, least of all children! (If you feel the same way, there are Change.org petitions about it here and here.)
So here's today's starter:
What's something you've experienced lately that gives you hope?
